David Brown 1210 PTO Clutch

I have had my 1210 David Brown for 20 years and lately I can't engage my PTO with the PTO lever back and the foot clutch pushed in. My question, does the PTO run off the same clutch as the transmission? Or is that a separate clutch. Is there an adjustment?

Different sections of the same clutch.

You can externally adjust the clutches by turning the nuts on the front end of the threaded rods that go to the arms on the left side of the bell housing. There are internal adjustments also, they can be done through the inspection cover on the bottom of the clutch.

Other option is that the PTO throwout bearing went out. Before I tried to adjust anything, I would pull the cover off the bottom of the clutch and see if any parts fall out.
