you need a K920522 hydraulic filter from your local case/IH dealer. It does not come with the gasket you need to get it seperate
 
Hopefully you have taken care of the source of the water.

Number 1 cause of water in hydraulic/transmission system on a David Brown is bad shifter boots.
 
thanks for all the info just got tractor at estate auction left outside in the rain changing all fluids local case dealer doesnt stock filter for power steering k902187 or hyd. k920522 got it at a good price mainly will use to bush hog pasture if it works out this summer will look to add loader waiting on my manuals to adj brakes fix electical etc.
 
Recommend that you get some kerosene and flush the system. If nothing else, get an air blow nozzle with pick-up tube. Spray as much as you can of the inside of the transmission casting.

Make sure you have the 3-point hitch arms down when you drain the reservoir.

After you use it for a couple of months, check to see if the oil still looks milky. If so, you may need to change it a second time.
