I thought I would see if anyone remembered these dealers and thought these could be added to the dealer data base

Well Bro,
Here are a few original invoices from Case Co. to our dealership, with my dad's math and profits. These invoices were his bookeeping system. I have about 150 invoices from this era.
Loren.
Sorry for the double D post. (reminds me of a song by Cletus Judd) It's snowing here and my Road Runner conection is screwed up, and pic posting is a real pain.

Tom,

Usually when a company has "motors" in the title they sold cars and/or trucks. Do you have any idea if Bates sold something other than Case? Don

Maybe I have asked before but, do you have Mangels Imp., Dempster, S.D.? Use to ride with Dad to get parts for the A6 combine when I was a kid. Had the big celebration when the big 400 came out. About 15 people live there now.

Hey don I have a dealer for you unless you already have it. I do have a decal I could post a pic but have a hard time with posting pics on this site. Knopp's was the name in walworth wi. They were a dealer in the 60s and 70s. I could always text pic or give me your email I could do it that way.

Tom and Don we had a case dealer in McHenry IL for a long time before me in fact they say he traded horses for tractors in the day they were known as Geo P Freund, and I do have a calender thermometer from there with a 3 digit phone number but any way just adding to the story.

I talked to his son Jim, who met his future wife while teaching her to plow with a new 500 Case his Dad was demonstrating to a prosperous local farmer. The dealership is now an industrial dealer, I believe, McCann's? Don

Don, I do not know if they were IH or Case if some one else does they can correct me. I apologize if they were IH. I just take pictures of any dealer stickers I see whether they come through the dealer I work at or at other dealers or auctions. The Moens one was on a really nice Case grinder mixer at a consignment auction and the Case Power and Equipment was on I believe a 1070. I don't remember what the other one was on.

No decal but Cando Sales & Service Cando, North Dakota. They were a Chevrolet dealer also.

Ande may have already given you this.

Ron

Don Jim has also passed on his older and younger brothers are still with us all be it with a lot of knowledge, they no longer have any part of the bus and yes it is a McCanns store.

we still have a few of these. plus about 80 years of case parts. doors still open, just more used parts than new anymore.

Don: Do you have the Case dealer from Gilman, Il. I believe it was Gilman Sales and Service Owned by Robert Dooley. He also sold Oldsmobile cars and had a State of Il. truck testing lane. He was I. H. Dealer before he went to Case(about mid '60's). Went out of business about mid '70's. Armand

Don, dealership was from 1931-1985 then was just parts warehouse till mid 90's . now just part out case tractors and operate a skidloader salvage yard. thanks, Jim
