For a while now, I've been investigating trying to duplicate some dealership decals that were on my 70D, but they were very deteriorated.
A few months after this thread, I noticed what was pretty much an exact duplicate of my style in a "Saw It on Ebay" article in Green Magazine. About a month or more after that, I emailed Tyler to ask if he had an image saved from the auction, and he did!!
It's been quite a while since then, I've been chipping at it slowly, but this weekend I finally just sat down and worked on the image of the decal with Adobe Photoshop. I should have used something that uses vector based imagery for better scaling, but I've only got PS. I basically started from scratch, got it cleaned up. It's not razor sharp quality like I'd like, but I think it works as long as it's not scaled up. After the basic I had fun making some variations of the original. The Turner Implement Co image is for my tractor, though I'm not actually sure if that's the name of the company. The good thing about the set up is I can change the information to whatever I want it to be.
The original files are actually a bit bigger than the original...but scaling down is much easier and cleaner than scaling up and doesn't lose quality (unlike going the other way)
If anyone wants one of these files, email me and I'll try to shoot it out. I'm still trying to figure out what would be the best image files to use for this, as not everyone has Adobe Photoshop! Just remember that these files actually print much larger than original. Mine measured at about 4 3/4 inches across.
