dearborn sickle bar mower

I have a dearborn model 1415 sickle bar mower and the pitman broke today. Anyone know where you can get parts for the mower? Thanks a bunch.

Is that the model that had a pipe pitman with the ball for the knife head on the pitman instead of on the knife? Have 2 mowers, different models made like that, that someday I want to restore but can't think of model numbers now.

yes its the one with the ball on the end, it had been welded once but finally gave in and I can"t find a replacement

If you have the pieces, then take them to a good machine shop, they can repair the arm. Waste too much time looking for replacement.

They would not have had it when the mower was new. repair is the only option.
