How do you tell the difference in the 1 pt. hitch between the row crop and the low boy?

The easiest way is probably to post a picture and somebody will tell you. There are a lot of differences in the individual parts. The easiest to describe is how the rockshaft is mounted to the tractor. For a Farmall Cub, the rockshaft is mounted on a pair of castings that bolt to the final drive housings and also hold the hitch bail. The Lo-Boy rockshaft is supported by plates made of formed steel and attached to the transmission and axle extension housings.
