I had an MM type S combine I just got 2 yrs ago, I was gona go get it, but before i could find a trailer the guy i got it from let it go to this kid and his dad and then didnt tell me he did that, and then Im here in Kansas wondering whats going on,

You got it two years ago, but hadn't picked it up?

Did you pay for it two years ago?

If you payed for it two years ago, then you might have a beef.....if no money changed hands, I think the fellow kept it longer than I would have.

It's difficult to buy something & not pick it up within 30 days.

Storage, not sure if you paid for it to begin with, liability on it, etc.

Not a good idea to buy something & not go get it _then_. Don't know the deal you had with the seller, but 2 years is a long, long time.

I gave this guy a $100,00 money order and i was gona go get it but I didnt have a trsailer so i was asking around,
I have the workshop manual for it too I got that from a guy in Illinois,
the guy lets it go to this Kid and dad because he thinks im not gonna come get it,
it was mine and this guy lets it go anyway?

Haven't you been keeping in touch with the seller over the last 2 years. If you just found out the combine is gone then its your fault for not keeping in contact with the seller and letting him know you were eventually coming to get it. I would have sold the combine too if the original buyer never showed up or kept in contact with me after for 2 years.

Id call the guy but either he was out or impossible to get ahold of, and then arrogant to booot too,
Ill find another one though, and this time It'll be ALOT CLOSER,

Kirk, you cant expect anyone to wait 2 years for someone to come get their purchase.Never buy something you cant haul yourself in a timely matter.Model S MM combines are tough ones to haul.

Over 3 years ago I purchased a 123 McCormick combine in western Kansas.I never hauled it home because not long after I found a much nicer one.I did rob a few parts from it.As far as I'm concerned the previous owner can do whatever he wants with it.I last saw it in May 2008 and it may be long gone.

Theres a G-4 and a S MM combines for sale right now on ytmag and they are at Hutchison,KS.Just do a search for combines in the classifieds and go down to June 21st,

Ah - I misread your message as saying you gave him a money order for $100,000.00. Thought you were making fun of us all. Now I see you meant $100. Sorry for my confusion.
