DIY termite bait stations?

Our well at the cabin flowed over 50 gpm when it was first drilled, but that was a wet year, now most of the time it doesn't overflow, but the water table never gets more than 4 feet below ground level, the well is 65 feet deep. I added a section of casing to the top with a 2-inch nipple and check valve in the side, so when the water isn't overflowing mice can't crawl in, I have heard of that happening.

I was told by a pest control guy, that the treatment we put around our house (6" wide by 6" deep trench) would not leach into soil more than a couple feet.
That depends on your soil type.
My guy wouldn't treat this house. ONLY bait stations
NO ONE HAS SHOWN HOW THEY MADE A TERMITE BAIT STATION

I live in an area with a very high water table.
No way would I drink water from a well shallow enough it was hand dug or even backhoe dug without boiling it first.
I can see using that water for livestock or a garden but not drinking straight out the well.
On the farm where I grew up, we had a 24' hand dug well that supplied our house water. Best tasting water we ever had and no adverse health symptoms. Almost 70 and still here.

Drilled wells were extremely rare until probably 75 years ago. Everyone in rural areas had a dug well, but population density and industrial ground water pollution have dramatically reduced their viability in a lot of areas.

I found a quart plastic Mayonnaise jar is perfect size to fit in a 4 inch hole I drill with auger bit.
I drill hole and make cuts with table saw. Roll cardboard to fit inside plastic bottle and soak in termite chemicals for 2 days before draining the excess chemicals for another two days.
I wanted to see what others on YT made and if they are better than U tube.
I have to enlarge the hole with a post hole digger when I use the larger plastic bottle shown below.
I use less chemicals making bait stations. I put my bait stations at the corners of the house like my termite guy did.
I cut my cardboard with an old radial arm saw.
Please show me your bait station,
