I saw that on Facebook marketplace yesterday. Odd 130. No hydraulics? But it looks like there is a pump on the side of the motor? If it wasn't 5 hours away ( and too expensive) I would go look

What would the tractor be worth if it were running?
I'm not interested in having a Cub. My Farmall C is perfect for what we use it for.
I paid $1500 for my C many years ago and it had a 5 ft belly mower.
