dragging brakes

I did the axle seals and brakes on my 48 8n this summer. The right brake is dragging enough that it will pull noticeably to the right but only at one spot on each revolution. I have very little brake going forward but will lock up in reverse. I put new springs on. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

I had the problem of the right brake dragging when I replace the brakes on my 8N also. The left brake has one more spring than the right side. I bought another spring like the extra one for the left side and put it on the right side. No more brake dragging.
