Drill Press Identification

I am trying to identify a drill press I just picked up. There is no tag left. It looks a lot like the old Atlas or Walker Turner units but still different. The one unique feature is that instead of a coil spring to raise the head it uses a counter weight inside the main support pillar. The head and the counter weight are attached with a bicycle type chain. There are two pulley to reverse the pull. This is an old unit that the guy said came from a high school shop. Any ideas? Thanks

I got a couple like that, with a counterweight and chain, a small one and a larger one, "BARNES" is their brand name.

I suppose there were DOZENS of brands at one time.
