Eagle Hitch Info Needed

I just purchased a 1950 VAC with an Eagle 3 point hitch. The hydraulics are not working well and I am looking for a manual or any info on it. First is where it is filled, could be just low for all I know. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
 
Click on the link for VA series service manual. Pix is a page from GROUP 3 - TORQUE TUBE. Your VAC may be slightly different and may not have an oil filter as shown but the fill plug is located on the torque tube just forward of the clutch pedal.

Full is to the lip of the plug opening. Capacity is about 2 gals.

Bob,
If the torque tube is way low on oil you will need to split the tractor and replace the seals. Easy to know by checking the level in the rear end. I had to do this not a hard job.
