Electrical question

In my quest to get electricity to my remote garage I have a new question. The garage is a 100 from the panel. It requires cutting a 70 channel through a concrete driveway.
As an alternative I could cross the driveway with a 12 cut then run all 100 above ground attached to a block wall. I saw something that above ground requires a GFI breaker. I havent seen any 100 amp GFI breakers available. Or is what they were saying that the circuits at the sub panel need to be GFI? It would be a much cheaper alternative to run down the wall. As the long cut is a $1200 alternative. And Im too old to do that part myself.
So bottom line is it legal to run down the wall above ground? And if so what other things do I need to know about it?
Thanks in advance for everyones help.

You were answered below in your first post. What is a 70 channel. Some cell phone posts fail to deal with inch or foot marks on this forum. Why not cross the road perpendicular to the traffic, reducing the length to 15 feet or so. Jim

Garages with concrete floors require the receptacles be GFCI protected as well as outdoor receptacles.
They make GFCI circuit breakers for use versus individual receptacles if you find one of the correct amperage.
Wiring in conduit is permitted on sides of buildings or was back when I practiced power distribution.
They make direct burial rated UF cable but under driveways when I practiced conduit was required.
A remote sub panel like fed from a house to a garage needs separate insulated and isolated Neutral and Ground Busses
If you want to run 120 and 240 from home to garage you need FOUR wirers, 2 Hots, Neutral, Ground

Where fire and life safety are concerned please check with local authority, the NEC, and professional electricians and engineers DO NOT RISK LIFE OR HOME on lay opinions is my advice

Is the question is it legal to strap wire to a wall? Yes of coarse . PVC pipe does not do well hung on a wall .Unless it has a million straps it will sag from the sun and look very bad. Some inspectors do not like UF run above ground If this is the case make a transition to UF from another wiring method.

dr, when and where I practiced when you came up out of the ground along side a building to an LB WE HAD TO USE RIGID CONDUIT

There are companies that will bore a line under the concrete driveway so you don't have to cut the concrete.

Check with your local inspector. You may be able to run EMT conduit on the wall. PVC schedule 80 conduit would be a cheaper option but to keep it looking good it would need straps about every 3 feet.
