emblem pins

Some of the emblem attachment pins have come off the back of the stainless steel emblems on my 450 farmall. They appear to be brass with one end flattened for attachment to the back of the emblems. How can they be reattached without damaging the emblems? Is there a glue strong enough to do the job?

stop by napa or a paint and body shop supplier and get some 3m double sided trim tape. its kind of a rubbery tape that is used to glue moldings on cars.

First I tried to reattach a pin using the spot weld method. I am not that good. Then I took a piece of blue board insulation. I had one good emblem that I pressed down on the blue board. I then took a pen and marked the exact position of the emblem on the blue board. I removed the good emblem from the blue board and prepped my pinless emblem for JB Weld. I salvaged two pins from a junk donor emblem I placed them in the holes in the blue board. I put a dab of JB in the proper locations on the back of the emblem and then carefully located it on the marked area of the blue board. I clamped it down and went to bed for the night. Next evening vuala I had resurrected a $75 emblem. It fit well and I have had no issues.
