f-14 blocks

did they use some blocks on the f-14's that had the breather port in the block but was plugged?
because the breather on f-14's are on the valve cover.and did some f-14's have only 2 bolt breather mounts on the radiator?I know there were conversion kits f-12 to f-14 but wondered if the may have used left over parts?

Yeah, probably. All the old guys that know either can't remember or are dead. Point is there is no way to be sure parts on your tractor are original. You just have to enjoy it and wonder. I have a H with a non-standard block. It has been handstamped with the correct codes and serial number. Was it done at the factory? Who knows? I'd say probably.
