I am working on rebuilding the engine for my 1935 F30. Here is a picture of the stripped down chassis.
The engine had thrown a rod and broke the block. I found a replacement 1935 block and have started assembling the engine. So far I have gotten the crankshaft installed with new bearings. Installed the lifters and cam and then attached the front cover. The head is at the machine shop getting surfaced and the valve seats ground and I took the sleeves there also to have them power honed. I have an extra engine that I was using for parts, but it was in pretty bad shape and did not yield what I needed so I will have to get another F30 parts tractor. I know a guy that has a few F30s, F20s, Regulars etc... sitting in the back pasture for parts and he said he would sell me a parts F30, so I will have to bring that home soon so I will have the parts I need for the '35 F30.
