false advertising

I doubt that too. Also find the ads for the little battery operated air pump that will fit in your vehicle's glove box pumping up a car/truck sized tire in a flash..........
Must be you don't read the print at the bottom of your TV screen then? It'll say something like 2 minutes elapsed time from 28 psi, or some such thing.

I haven't seen the "million times water pressure" claim on any of the ads I've seen. Even a water jet cutter for glass or metal tops out at around 100,000 psi. In fact I don't think I've seen any of them make a claim of any specific psi output. They make general claims like "a powerful blast", "high pressure" or "cleans like a pressure washer". Without a specific claim, I doubt anything could be done to prove their claim is unsubstantiated. Sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Buyer beware, as they say.
I didn't do the math, but the OP seems to think so.
You guys never heard of hyperbole?

"If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times."

So the OP exaggerated. The claims that these gadgets turn a regular garden hose into a pressure washer without any actual pressure-increasing technology are patently false. Even a simple claim of "increases" is 1000% false. See what I did there? I used HYPERBOLE.

My point was that they don't make specific claims about the pressure from the nozzle, therefore it is almost impossible to prove false advertising. Although the op may have heard an ad claiming a certain boost in pressure, I have not. Obviously "a million times increase" in pressure is an impossibility and nobody would take that as fact.

AI must be the new fall guy for all the old farts 🤣

I get it, but I also see how good it can be with design in our labs. But this is not using the free versions that many think r the boogeymen.

From the top about AI, "you will use it".

And its is actually doing great things with engineering, 1st hand experience installing and testing things "it" designs, and its saving lives in medicine catching things humans would miss.
Asked Google about 2 different breeds of chickens while I was in Rural King last fall.
Googles AI overview said they were basically the same breed, dark colored chicks were pullets and light colored were cockerels.
But the regular results I got on Google disagreed, said the light colored chicks on the second breed would be pullets.
Google AI was wrong, regular results were right...managed to get all pullets based on the regular results, not AI.
And I would hardly think Google uses a freeware version of AI.

I will admit I've never used AI in any application. My techie stuff was plc, cnc, ladder, statement list, industrial robots and lasers, blah blah blah.
And I have no doubt AI is coming, and in some cases, here.
But if I have to double check everything I would use it for, just based on my past very limited experiences, why waste my time?

I have Direct TV and they keep running those "Car Shield" commercials all day long. The problem is that if you do take the time to read the fine print at the bottom of the screen, they state that Car Shield is not available in California but I'm still subject to their time wasting commercials.

Another one is "Jackpocket". It lets one play the lottery on their smart phone. The problem is that it does not work in California. The other problem is you do not find that out until after you've downloaded the program.
