i've got water in my hyd system . Trying to drain all of the oil out ,what is the cover ahead of the drain plug its aprox 3
x5 when i took it off there was all kinds of sludge there. Thanks for all replies TP
 
That is the cover for the PTO drive gears, number 17 in the attached. It uses the hydraulic oil from the main rear case but it is kind of an isolated compartment because the next section back is dry and houses the TA direct clutch. And if you didnt know the compartment ahead of the PTO drive section is for the main dry clutch to drive the gear transmission.
