H's were notorious for the starter jambing up, loosen the starter bolts and pull the starter back, then secure it again and try. That often happens.

thanks i already took out starter.all i did was clean out oil pan change filter clean points change plugs add oil sounded like it was going to start. wont turn at all now.
 
Can you turn it backwards? If so , there is a valve stuck. Take the valve cover off & check if you can move all the valves up and down.
 
It may not have had oil pressure when you started it, soak the pistons in PB Blaster and if that won't loosen it up, pull the head and see how the cylinders look.
