H's were notorious for the starter jambing up, loosen the starter bolts and pull the starter back, then secure it again and try. That often happens.

thanks i already took out starter.all i did was clean out oil pan change filter clean points change plugs add oil sounded like it was going to start. wont turn at all now.

nope put a pipe wrench on it dont turn guess i ll just start taking things apart till i find something broke

Can you turn it backwards? If so , there is a valve stuck. Take the valve cover off & check if you can move all the valves up and down.

I would look for a stuck valve you may need to pull the head. Hal

You could alsopull of the front timing gear cover- a broken gear could jam things up good.

It may not have had oil pressure when you started it, soak the pistons in PB Blaster and if that won't loosen it up, pull the head and see how the cylinders look.
