Do you need an extension or do you need the adaptor that fits on the smaller shaft to bring it up to standard size? The adaptors are readily available, not sure about an extension, but I might have a used one.

An ORC will both extend the PTO and also get it up to the standard type of 1-3/8 plus give you a safety factor which you need on a lot of stuff

Chris, TSC has several different adapters and extensions....just bought 2 yesterday.
