Farmall Head ID...400???

I am looking at buying a head for my M to give her a little more HP and I have one found but am not exactly sure it is what I want. It came off of an LP power plant and has the date code 5-18-A on it. Somebody went in and ground the darn casting code off of it so I can not be for sure it is a 400 gas head. The combustion chamber looks to be deeper than my 8060 so that really makes me belive something is not right. Are there any noticible differences for me to look for between the 8060 and the 362174 heads? I want to make sure it is a 400 gas head before I buy it.

the combustion chambers on the lp head will definately be smaller than a gasoline head. I dont think i"d buy it if casting No"s are ground off..kind of a pig in a poke.
