Head Gasket ni different bore but rest should but not 100% and my manual at home right now but could this weekend

I would check the bore size before doing anything else. After all, it is old and odds are it is no longer the original size. Them diesel gaskets must be a correct fit. Otherwise, as said, they are the same.
