Which is better, turkey on thanksgiving or leftover turkey samiches all week after? I can't decide.

I'm looking forward to a big, mac and turkey salad with lots of garden vegies, and then Turkey soup towards the end of next week. Meanwhile the leftover mashed spuds make real good fried tator patties, and I pretty well cleaned up all the squash and creamed onions today. There will be enough dressing and turkey peices and gravey, that I can nook to keep my ribs from rattling against each other tomarrow. HeHe Burrrp.
