Ferguson TO-20 clutch disc

The 9 x 1 3/8 solid clutch disc on my Ferguson TO-20 got destroyed by a new operator riding the clutch. All the discs on this site and others only show a disc with 6 springs. Has anyone here successfully used the spring-type disc to replace the original solid disc?

Jerrycpp ,A spring type clutch disk will work just fine,even have smother operation.
