Finally bought an old one

I have been wanting an old Case tractor for years now I finally have one. I bought a 1935 L at a local auction. The engine is free and the sheet metal is pretty good. I know a lot of history about this tractor from the family and they also wanted it to stay in the county and be taken to the local threshing show here in town. I know I paid too much but it's mine now so after harvest I will try to get it running again, and hopefully the right color paint before the 2015 Case show in Pinckneyville Il.

Great find!! If you hadn't have bid what you did, and otherwise would have lost it, then you didn't pay too much. Don't forget, they don't make them anymore. Enjoy it.

Geez, that is so neat! Never seen one like it. I love the way it looks... all fading and rusting, really cool.

Will have to show my husband (we have a DC Case for pushing snow).
