Hey Hobo, I am using a 12 ton jack to press this axle out and so far nothing has budged. Ill put pressure on it let it sit over night, heat it up tap on it. I put pressure on it until I was scared to keep pumping the handle. Is there something I'm not doing right here?

I used a 25 ton jack and heat it put up a good fight I don't think heat helped its just to massive to heat it up well without putting heat into the axle. I let it set overnight then stood on it out it came with a BANG!!!! You are not going to beat a good press you need more press. The one I came up with this on eat a quality puller till it damaged it I was not going to destroy a good puller again so this is the way I do it now.

Finally got it to break loose this morning. I got a 20 ton jack from harbor freight and kept heating it up with mapp gas. I was going to give it one more day and then take it to a machine shop that I'd done work for a few years ago. Boy when it went KAPOW!!!! Should be back in business in short order. Thanks for your help
