Ford 1600 Series ...

My father in law is needing some information for his Ford 1600 Series 2 cyclinder diesel tractor and I was hoping that someone could provide the answers. He has a service manual but cannot find an owner's manual. He has the following questions. 1) What kind of oil and how often should he change it? 2) What kind of oil filter? 3) What type of transmission fluid? If anyone can help him out, it would be greatly appreciated.

Cheveron Delo 400 15W/40 will work fine for the Engine. 10w/30 diesel rated oil is probably the original Spec oil.

Tractor Transmission/hydraulic oil for the Transmnission/Hydralic system.

You can find these at a Farm supply store or Most any Auto Parts Stores.
