Welcome to the board.
Most of us are using generic UTF or trans-hydraulic fluid. You can use it in your tranny, rear end, power steering, loader - everywhere the tractor has oil except the engine and the lower steering box.
Get it at Fleet Farm, Tractor supply, Wal Mart etc. Make SURE is says meets or exceeds Ford 134 specs right on the lable. If it hasn't been done for a while or if the tractor is new to you it's a good idea to buy about 15 gals of the stuff plus engine oil and change everything on the tractor. Filters too.
A 3400 is an excellent machine.
