Ford 5500 bucket tilt

Hey guys. Just purchased a ford 5500 series. Tractor runs and operates great. Only issue is the bucket won’t tilt up or down. Loader raises and lowers fine but bucket doesn’t tilt up or down. The handle that raises the whole loader works fine but the bucket tilt one seems to stick in the up or down position. Also if the handle is stuck down it doesn’t allow the tractor to start? Any help would be appreciated!

Looks more like 3500. The centering spring is broke. When in up or down position the hyd are dead headed is why wont crank.

How would I go about replacing the centering spring? Also here’s more pictures of the tractor. Only serial number I could find is on the loader. Number - d537659

Yeah, definitely not a 5500 front axle. That's the front axle from a 3500 or 4400. But the hard nose cone makes it a 3500.
