ford 6000. Help please

I am looking for help finding a exhaust manifold for a ford 606000 with a gas engine. As far as I can see there is no hope to fixing the manifold I have.

those manifolds havent been available for years and most used ones are cracked. sorry

Get on the tool talk forum and talk to George Md, he is the manifold expert. Not too many he can't repair.

Try McFaddens in Sharon Springs,NY.They had a complete engine a few years ago when I took some parts off it.

As far as I know the intake/exhaust manifold from a early 60s ford pickup with the 226 engine is the same. I may be wrong on the 226, but the Ford truck engine is spot on. The blocks and cranks are the same. I have done a far amount of research into this. I needed parts for my 67 6000 diesel. I was able to find auto parts much easier than tractor parts.

The exhaust dumps down. and its a down draft carb on a truck--have to re-plum the aircleaner and exhaust
