In search of a front weight box for a Ford 960 or even just the dimensions of one, need a bit more weight up front when picking up my brush hog. Any help is much appreciated.
(quoted from post at 03:49:30 11/27/21) As Gramps said the originals are crazy high so unless you are trying to be "correct" I would fab something up. Should be easy to bolt anything heavy on there.
I use Massey Harris weights on the JD and Massey Ferguson weights on a Kubota. Once made a front weight for a TO-30 using a huge roller bearing from a mine shovel.
(quoted from post at 21:02:05 11/27/21) I've got a nice weight box with all 6 weights for the 900/901/4000 row crop. They aren't easy to find. I would possibly sell this set.
