ford backhoe

any body know if ford used there own backhoe buckets, will only ford fit or will Case, etc fit? maybe looking for larger bucket for a ford 4500tlb, the one im getting only has a 12"trenching bucket thanks

I don't have the answer for your question. Is this for the 4500? and what model is the backhoe?
a lot of info can be found at new holland's website. look under parts and your machine, you can get the 'blowapart' diagrams free online as well as part#'s...and print it out too! no need to buy the CD, (like I did)...sl

Your hoe should have 1 1/2 inch pins. After 550 ford changed to,I think 45mm pins on the 555 up. The 4500 type won't be to plentiful,but the pin on bucket for the 555 should be at a New Holland dealer in groves,because a lot of the customers wanted a different size bucket. You would have to use bushings,but I suppose you would not be changing everyday.

Bushmaster, your hoe is going to have a 750 series hoe on it. Its most likely a 755 (the 15 footer). If you search for 755 on the CNH site you'll find it.

[hey thanks all, ive driven all over the place looking at machines probably burned up $300 worth of gas andhave been out bid on ebay,found this machine on ebay and watched it and emailed seller with some questions, didnt bother going to look at it as its 2.5 hrs away and figured it would go out of my price range... well i won the bid "and said what did i just do" going to pick it up next week ebay item #Item number: 170163639401.
