what oil do you use in fordson major hyd. and trans

MY MANUAL SHOWS SAE 80 OR 90 MILD EP FOR THE REAR AXYL HOUSING AND HYDRAULICS

Some manuals say to use 80 or 90 weight, but that seems like pretty heavy oil for hydraulics, especially in cold weather. I use 30 in mine.
