Fordson N-27

I am looking at buying a Fordson N-27. I cannot find this tractor on the net anywhere. Does anyone know of a website that describes this tractor and how it is different from an N?

If I understand right the Fordson N series was created in early 1900s. An N27 or E27N as mentioned below would have been the 27hp,post war version of this series,which was in production for decades.The Fordson N series was/is a totally different machine than the smaller in size Ford,9N,8N,2N models.

I understand the difference between the Ford 9N,2N,8N and Fordson N, but is there a differece between the Fordson N and N27? is an E27N and N27 the same? This tractor is original, on steel, so I would think it is an early model.

The Fordson N was an updated model F, made at first in Cork Ireland, then in Essex in England. The E27N used basicly the model N engine, mated to a new gearbox and rear end, it was in production from 1945/6 to 1952, and was the first Fordson to carry the "Major" model name.
E= English, 27 = horsepower, N = tractor. I have never heard of a N27, probably confusion with the E27N Major.
