Froze bolt problem

Need advice on removing blade bolts on 54 in deck on John Deere 425. Bolts are froze and I don't want to round off the bolt heads. Thanks

Use your air impact wrench and a six point socket. Make sure you're turning the bolt CCW to loosen it. Hal

I agree, I always use an impact.
Also be aware that it's a metric bolt.

I would do as the guy below said. If the threads are sticking through top clean and put some lub on them before take out. When replacing them I use anti-seize compound on threads.Easy to get out the next time they need replacing.

Had the same problem on my 420 JD. I used a torch to heat the center of the bolt head and let it cool. Came right out. It appears that someone had used some form of loc-tite and the heat realeased it.
