Frozen Engine-Need Help!

I Have a 1979 Ford 2600 3 cyl gans tractor. It sat outdoors for two years under a cover. When I tried to start it I found the engine would not turn. It has a down tube exhaust system, so I do not beleive water got into the engine. The anti-freeze in it still tests down to 25 degrees Below zero. The tractor will roll in neutral. I have been putting Marvel mystery oil in the cylinders for weeks and trying to turn the flyheel with no luck. Not a lot of room to get at the crankshaft bolt.
Am I overlooking something? Could it be something else other then rusted pistons.
Any tricks or techniques to try to free up the engine. Any advice is appreciated

two years... hmm, might try putting ATF in the cylinders this time and pull the tractor around in high gear with your pickup truck and have someone work the clutch so as to sort of pull-start it. Don't do it too long, if it ain't gonna break free with dragging it for a while, then it's realllly stuck.

Pour the ATF into cylinders and let it soak for awhile. I wouldn't pull it and try to free it you may damage the gear train. I would use the starter to just bump the engine easily a few times. Keep an eye on the engine to see if it is moving slightly. Hal

Best stuff I,ve used to break anything loose is 50% Acetone mixed with 50% auto trans fluid. Works great on rusted bolts too.

Put tranny fluid in on top of the MMO. Then with a good battery hit the starter with fast short taps. NEVER try to pull one that has locked up because you can brake all sorts of stuff doing so.

Pop the starter off and make sure that's not what's hanging it up.You can get a bar in there now and see if it's really locked up.Air blow done the spakplug holes and get all the fluids out of there to make sure you're not hydraulic locked.Shoot PB Blaster in there and jack the rear of the tractor up,put it in gear and turn one of the rear tires using it as a flywheel.Should break it loose with out tearing anything up that way.

don't try to pull it, because if you do and it has stuck valves, cam, crank, what ever and you try to pull it, you cna break a lot of stuff. My uncle had an M back in the 50's that got water down the muffler and froze up, he had a picker on it, hooked another tractor to it, pulled it, dumped the clutch, broke the whole bottom of block out, so pullign is not a good idea unless you want it permantly freed up. You do need to understand the word patience. It took 2 years to lock up, it is not going to free up in a day or two. I had an H frozen, put tranny fluid in it and a month later I drove the pistons out of it.

Doesn't seem like it would be too bad only two years later, especially if it has under-slung exhaust. I agree you should remove the starter and tug on the flywheel that way. If it were me I pull the head to find out what the cylinders look like. Might be a reason why it was parked for two years, unless of course you parked it.

The first thing I'd do is pull the starter and TEST it. While it's off you can get a bar on the ring gear and see if you can turn the engine that way. If you can't I'd just pull it apart and do the job. If I needed the thing I wouldn't have the patience to screw with witches potions in the cylinders. If you've got time then you can try that stuff.
To my way of thinking, if it's really stuck and you want a good dependable engine when you're done, you're taking it apart anyway.... May as well be now.

Take it apart down to every little piece. Its cheaper in the long run than jerking the engine until something busts.
You can take it apart now $ or apart later $$$$$$$.
