Just curious, my brother has a chance to make the acquisition on a G Allis Chalmers for 2500.
New rear tires, good tin work, runs good and comes with a blade and cultivators. I think he may have said something about a repaint but I don’t remember. I haven’t seen it nor do I have pictures.
Located in central Illinois if that matters. Thank you for any input.

Good deal. The Allis G has a nearly cult following. They were selling for much,much a few years ago. Even as a farmall guy I would get that!

That''s a good price. Nice ones can go for 3500+. A guy near me bought a real beauty, nice paint, hydraulic lift and some attachments, for his garlic operation. Gave 4500 for it. I have two I'm thinking of selling.
