I am in the process of buying a G705. I have heard of 3 point conversions for them. Does any one know where one might be or have any info on them. Or of any companies making them now. Any information would be great. Thanks

Pretty hard to find, you mite want to look for hens teeth, you may have better luck

They were a factory/dealer option, I have a 707lp that had it from the factory. They turn up for sale now and then, They bring the price of the tractor lots of times.

Seen Mohr's example in a MM tractor book. Heard of three others. The bit about hen's teeth is a good analogy. Probably a little easier to find and buy one than win the lottery.

I don't believe they were available until the 707 and 708s were in production. I have a 706 with a MM point system and the install required trimming some of the platform braces/brackets to make clearance for the rock shaft. I think the 707/708s had a pre-cut clearance for the rock shaft.

Moline offered a dealer installed 3pt starting with the G705/6. The dealer quotation bulletin I have is dated 9/9/1964 and states the kit would not be available until October-November. The kit required 2 hydraulic cylinders of minimum size 3" bore/8" stroke. The old style MM lock-out jack was not acceptable for use. By the serial numbers listed on the bulletin it was for use on 1964 and later production units. The 3pt was listed as a dealer installed option in the late G705/6 dealer order guides but was never listed as factory installed. The same applies to the G707/8 - not factory installed.
