G950 rear end oil

What has anyone been using in the rear end in these? How good does Universal trans/draulic fluid work or compare to the name brands?

Been using Universal Hy/Tran in mine since 2007. Put about 150 hours on it since then with no issues. I did notice lower lube pump pressure and a little more gear noise though.

Could have saved a few nickles by using universal fluid, but decided I was willing to spend a few extra dollars and get a branded product. I used JD's Hygard but if more readily available would have used the AGCO recommended product. JD dealer is 10 miles away, the nearest AGCO facility, now closed, was a small mom/pop operation (originally Oliver) about twenty-five miles away. Today would need to go to another small AGCO dealer (originally AC) about 50 miles one-way.
