What are the general thoughts on International 826 disel.

I think that I would really like one.

It seems there usuable value is somewhere from 3000$ through about 8000$ with nice paint tires and everything else.

I would really like one!

be sure that the motor is in very good shape.the german engine parts very very expensive.

The engine internal rebuild parts are not bad for the german. An inframe kit is cheaper than many other IHC diesels in fact. The spendy part is the injector pump. Parts to rebuild them are no longer made so if old stock parts cannot be found parts must be made in a machine shop.
