Got another SC Today

Went to a local show and this nice original 1952 SC was there for sale.It needs a little tlc,but has been owned for many years by the same family and well cared for.It came with a nice eagle hitch plow.
Here are a few pics of it.
The first pic is of Jake,the seller.His uncle bought the tractor when it was nearly new.

I learn new stuff all the time here. I see that Eagle hitch SC's had the clutch lever on the left side and both brake pedals on the right. As a kid we had a late DC with Eagle hitch and live PTO, same control arrangement. Now was foot clutch an option on those tractors?

We never used the Ealge hitch for anything but skidding logs, had no equipment to go with it, but how would you use the PTO without that top link interfering?

Yes the plow was part of the deal.

Foot Clutch became standard on SC's and most of the DC's in 1953.To use the pto and eagle hitch there is another toplink bracket on the top of the pto housing.Case was trying to work around Ferguson's patents on 3pt hitch.

No this was all of the Case equipment that they owned.

wow that thing is incredible!!!.......any chance you could get the demensions and the text from that decal on the air cleaner? I"m restoring my grandfathers and would like to have some of those decals made. thanks!

M Nut this is the plow to go with your SC

I do not have a parts book but I think the foot clutch was available on the S and SI before 1953 also on DI and D but that's open to discussion.
