Got it together (3000 steer cylinder)

I think I did it right. I wasn't sure whether the heavy rubber washer faced outwards or inwards. I guessed inwards, it was a tight, snug fit.
I used a small vice to press the green thing together. It was tricky...
I had two extra o-rings leftover...I hope that's okay?

Next: should I pre-fill the cylinder with fluid before installing? I'm using ATF.

I use 134D the same fluid thats used in the trans/hydraulics. I use 134D in every power steering I work on and that's quite a few.
