Grader Blade

Bought an old John Deere 6" grader blade that had been sitting outside for quite some time. Having trouble getting the blade to pivot. I tried soaking sleeve in penetrating oil and after hooking up to my tractor pushing one end of the blade against a tree trying to free the blade. Would like to be able to adjust angle of the blade. Any suggestions?

I have a JD blade that had the same problem when I got it.
even the U-pin was froze up.
Lots of Blaster, took the grease zerk out, poked holes in the
hardened grease, and sprayed blaster directly in there.
New zerk, forced some grease in.
Then, chained one end of the blade to a tree,
and gently kept tugging.
(tractors pull better than they push)
When it finally moved a little, more grease,
and switched to used oil instead of Blaster.
Chain one side, then the other to pull.
After a time it got to where I could turn it myself. whew, tough
It's one implement I Never forget to grease :-)

My torch probably would have sped things up, but I didn't feel like dragging it outside.
