H Motor Build

I have decided to go with a 5" stroker crank for my H. I am thinking of going with the standard overbore firecrater pistons (3 7/16")and a Super H head. I calculate this will give me ~185 cu in. My question is: with the 5" stroker crank, will the 3 7/16 overbore pistons and Super H head in combination make a good strong motor? Or is there a weak link in my plan?

Wondering what you are going to use for rods since the stock ones won't work. If you are having rods made you should look at getting more stroke shouldn't cost much more and will make a big difference. email is open

U want IH C263,(3-9/16 bore)
or C291 (3.75 bore)
or C301 for a (3.8125) bore pistons.

Use 300 wrist pin bushings if using H rods.
Or use 350 rods.
