Help! Hardi Sprayer TR 500G

OK here is the problem, its my first time trying to run the sprayer after buying it last fall. I'm new to spraying as I always had it custom done.

It has the Raven controls and I've sort of just figured out how that works. I have all the books on it, but what it shows and says in the book and whats on the sprayer look like two different things so thats where I'm having a big problem, and right now no matter what I cant seem to get the water coming out of the sprayer, I have it all hooked up, and power to everything, but to me it seems like some level isn't turned right, but I have no clue which needs to be where.

Also it doesn't help that my neighbor who was suppose to show me how to run it is gone for a week, and every other farmer in the county is out in the fields now. I posted a few photos below that shows what I'm working with, I put #s by each lever so if you know what that lever does it makes it a little simple to understand it and how it should be put in order to work.

Its basically a question of: what do you do to run your sprayer? What are the Raven settings and lever settings on the sprayer needed in order for it to work?

Thanks for any and all help!

I noticed boom 1 & 2 are off 3 on. In the picture it
shows all 3 on. Power up and make sure all the boom
valves open and shut. Power up and shut all boom
valves in manual then increase or hold up the lever
to the right of rate 1 2 manual. Put 1,2,3 on and
then hit the main switch top far right. Maybe your
control valve is closed.

k, as a guess, 1A and 1B or pressure regulator and
main on off, not sure which is which, 2A B and C are
boom switches, right centre and left, 3 looks like
the fill/spray control, one way the pump sends water
to the booms, the other way fills spray tank. 4B is
either agitation or tank cleaner control, 4C is main
supply, on to spray, off to clean tank, not sure on
4A

Thanks for the replys so far as any information will help me out. I was lucky enough to get a hold of another neighbor who just happened to be getting out of the field for the day, he has the same spray, but his is the all manual setup, but he helped quite a bit in figuring things out, he still didn't really know much about the Raven control.

We were able to get the sprayer to work with the manual settings and even that took a while, what was my main problem was the lever in the photo called 4C (main supply), I think he had turned that lever and the spray finally started to work.

So thus my problem was that my controls are all set up for the Raven controls, while my Hardi book is for manual, but again any and all information is going to help! Big thanks Ollie and oj!

Maybe I can help here. I ran Raven equipment for
10 years on a commercial sprayer, and when in
doubt, call Raven, they are great to work with.
What I see wrong are 2 things.
Valve 4C looks to me like it is shut off? 1A and
1B should be your rate control valves and should
move to their opposite positions when you turn
your controller on.
The Raven controller is pretty simple once you
figure it out. Do you have all the correct number
in all the positions? If you don't have the right
meter cal numbers in or the right valve cal
number, it won't control your sprayer.

email me if you have more questions. I'll send you
my phone number
