Help ID old Case part?

Here's a neat item I picked up in a box of junk at a sale. It's a counter that counts up to 999 and is advanced when the lever is moved. I'm kind of suspecting it comes off a baler, but that's just a guess. Anybody ever see one of these or know what it might have come off of?

I agree with Tom, I've seen those on threshers.

look close it says -Hundreds-Tens -Units- on the
cover.i still say it is off a grain drill.IMHO

Looks like a bushel counter off of a Case thresher, as it says J I CASE T.M.CO.
The lever trips it when the "weigher" dumps.
An acre counter on a drill is usually gear driven,no trip lever. clint
