Help with Deutz 5230 power steering

My tractor has the optional power steering, but it has not been working for some time. Today I discovered that the fix was as simple as low fluid level in the reservoir. I added approx 3/4s of a quart of new fluid and I now have full power steering again. Unfortunately, all the fluid in the system looks all grey and dirty. I'm guessing it would be best to drain and replace all the fluid. The owner's manual says the power steering system has a capacity of 1 quart, but it does not say anything about draining the system.

Would anyone be able to give me any suggestions on how I would go about draining the system?

I guess you could get a little creative. A trick I've used in some cases is to remove a return line, direct it into a bucket. Run the engine at low RPM while adding clean oil into the reservoir until what comes out looks clean. If the link below works maybe this is what your system looks like? Look at hose 27. See what size hose it is, get a couple feet of that. Doesn't need to be expensive hose, you only need to use it for a few minutes. Remove hose 27. Make a "quicky" stopper for the port on the reservoir. Slip the new hose onto the cooler outlet, stick the other end of said hose into the bucket. Fill the reservoir, start the engine and cycle the steering both ways end to end while adding clean oil. That should pretty much flush out most of the old fluid without much damage. When the return fluid looks good, stop and put it all back together.
