I have an older Ford Tractor Loader/Backhoe.
I do not know what the exact model the machine is and I would like to know so that I can look for parts for it (king pin bushing,Power steering etc).
I have the following information:
On the side of the loader it says "Ford 420"
Under the hood I have been able to read the
following numbers, all the others are unreadable.
tractor No: C591353
Model: KD221K
Engine: 8G14A
Any ideas?

The model is 420. According to the NH parts catalog it is a 3-cylinder TLB made from 10/75 thru 9/78. Your serial number and engine number shows that yours was built in 1978. If you go to the link below and click on "NEW HOLLAND PARTS SEARCH" in the middle of the page a new window will open up. This will be the NH parts catalog. Put your model number in the search box in the upper left corner hit search then find your tractor on the list. You should be able to find the parts numbers you need there.
