But, this sucker has tuned out to be an old fashioned job. Pulled the headache rack and started in on 'er.

I've drilled, scraped, measured, sawed, re-measured and bolted til I'm blue in the face. Been thru over four dozen bolts, wore out a paint brush and still not done by a long shot.

Called the dealer over in Goshen county to order the roll tarp, he referred me to Denver. Denver couldn't figure out what I wanted. Finally, just called the home office in Yankton, SD to get the darned thing coming this direction.

Oh yeah, did I tell ya that the price has gone up? Gone up a lot? :>(

How many bushel is that truck. I am shopping around for one about that size. I have a few freinds that have tons of gravity boxes, but no truck for the long hauls. I figured I could get one, do the hauling for them in exchan ge for use of equipment sharing. Team work man, team work!

I'm gonna push it up to around 400 bushel. Illegal as can be; but that old truck can sure stand the load (it was built for sugar beets). :>)

These old trucks used to be a dime a dozen.......at least until I needed one. Now, seems like they are worth their weight in gold. Saw a ’76 sell for $10K on a farm sale two years ago. Pretty tired old truck too.

I need another also. :>(
