Any luck on part # fir that Roosa Master pump item? Previous discussion was that it will be 5 digit vs 6 digit p/n first used on an Oliver crawler.

As mentioned my is now leaking & sucking air. Still looking for shop here locally.

Thanks

I may need to also look in a different parts book. Complete Oliver part number was 603 674-ASA. Some even said Roosa Master on them. Older piston seal was replaced by a 610-192A There are also 2 O-rings part number 59044 and 602 557A. There are also 2 flap valves in there part numbers 53 884 plus a spring part number 53 885. Our Roosa Master service centers man will probably stop in tomorrow as he normally comes in on Wednesday. I will see if they have a kit. J.

Hello,
I am also in need of parts for this pump. My Oliver's parts book shows the same part numbers JS mentioned, and the photo matches my pump. My pump body has Roosa master, and the number 18976, and this is a Stanadyne part number for the complete pump. My supplier is going to find out if there is a kit available to rebuild these. I will post info on this thread when I know more. Here is a link to a video of my pump, just copy/paste this link:

(quoted from post at 02:48:21 02/02/12) Thanks sir and looking for your update.

Okay, I did the research, and found all the current (current as of this posting) Stanadyne part numbers for rebuilding the Roosa Master hand primer. by re-useing the pump body, you can save half or more off the cost of replacing the pump, and it is an easy repair to do. Can't figure out how to post the link on here, so try and copy/past this to your browser's address bar, or if you'd rather, go to youtube, and search for "Oliver 770 Industrial tractor project part 95". I show the pump guts, and give all the part numbers, and approximate prices. If this info help you, please comment on, and/or "like" my videos.

Regards,
Steve W.
